This well-maintained beachfront villa enjoys an open vista across Mai Khao Beach in the north west of Phuket.


The villa has the added benefit of a rear courtyard garden which offers privacy and is home to a private swimming pool and a lawn area, as well as sun-bathing terraces.


Built in a very contemporary style, the villa has many full-height sliding glass doors in order to take maximum advantage of the views and the cooling sea breezes afforded by such a fantastic location.


Entry is into the courtyard and through to the living area. This has lofty 3-metre ceilings, two ceiling fans and full-height windows with sliding glass doors to both sides. There is a seating section to the left with stylish furniture and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and sound system, whilst the dining area is adjacent and is divided from the kitchen by a counter which doubles as a breakfast bar.


The kitchen has high-gloss pale cream units with terrazzo counters and is well-equipped with an integrated oven and microwave, a 4-ring halogen hob with extractor hood, a cabinet fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and a washing machine.


Adjacent to the kitchen is the guest bedroom. This has highly polished and well-maintained wood floors which give an added richness to the decor, as do the full-height teak fitted wardrobes. The king-size bed faces glass double doors which open out to the lawn courtyard and make the room bright and airy. There is also a ceiling fan to aid natural air circulation.
The well-appointed en-suite has a glass shower cubicle and a vanity unit with a long modern wash basin and storage below. A sliding door on the far wall leads to a large lockable storage room, complete with hanging rails and drawers which provides excellent space for owners personal items in the event the villa is rented out.


The other side of the U-shaped villa is home to the master suite. This also has beautiful polished wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows providing a lovely vista to the beach just steps away, beyond the decked terrace. This terrace is a great space for alfresco dining or from which to simply appreciate the sunset.
The main body of the bedroom is devoted to a king-sized bed positioned to appreciate the view. There is also a long unit for use as a vanity unit or a work station, and this room also has a ceiling fan in addition to the ducted air-conditioning. Behind the bed is a walk-through dressing area with 2 double, full-height fitted wardrobes.
The oversize en-suite bathroom is accessed via an intricately carved Thai door and has a circular Jacuzzi bath tub, a walk-in shower cubicle and a fitted vanity unit with storage below. Double doors lead from the bathroom directly to the pool terrace.


Externally, the courtyard garden provides a tranquil oasis by day or night and is great for entertaining. There is a raised sala to one side of the pool for shaded relaxation and the 11-metre-long pool has a waterfall feature at one end which proves a soothing backdrop when relaxing. The lawn area has two coconut plams which provide natural shade through the day and there is an outdoor cloakroom for added convenience.


The resort is located within a short drive to the airport and has many on-site facilities including a very generously-sized beachside communal pool, two restaurants and a water park, which is perfect entertainment for adults and children alike.


The varied restaurants and bars on offer in the Mai Khao area can be accessed within a couple of minutes and the shopping malls and entertainment on offer at Central Festival are about a twenty-five minute drive away.
