This is a well-maintained large courtyard villa in a very popular and well-established development, close to Laguna with its attendant facilities.


Upon entry you gain an immediate feeling of the space offered by the property as you gaze across the large swimming pool, with water features.


The living accommodations are arrayed around the pool, which is the main focus of the house.


To the right is the main open-plan living/dining area and a separate extended fully-fitted kitchen. This is replete with a dishwasher, 4-ring hob, extractor fan, oven and microwave should you wish to dine in, or entertain with minimum effort.


To the rear of the kitchen is a free-standing laundry room with washer and drier, and en-suite maid quarters for those interested in assistance during long-term rentals.


The living and dining area has a high, wood-lined vaulted ceiling which has ducted air-conditioning and a central fan for great air circulation. The dining table seats eight with ease, whilst the tropical-style furniture is modern and comfortable. For entertainment, there is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable channels.


Access is given from here to a passageway that opens to the pool area on one side, but is covered for convenience in the rainy season, or the heat of the day. At the bend in the walkway, there is a curved, stylish bar area on the left which services the main entertainment terraces around the swimming pool.


The first guest bedroom is to the right of here and shares use of the main bathroom. This room has two single beds, with ample storage space in the large wardrobes.


A further guest bedroom is spacious and has a large en-suite bathroom. This bathroom area doubles as dressing area and has ample wardrobe space, plus dual wash basins, and both internal and external showers.


Next door is the master-suite which is positioned at the head of the swimming pool. Steps down take one to a small decked area, then straight into the pool for a refreshing morning dip. There is a high vaulted ceiling and the bed is positioned on a dais, with a seating area set below, both of which look out across the full length of the pool.
There is a flat-screen TV and some wardrobes in this room, but additional wardrobe space is supplied in the walk-through dressing area which leads through to the large en-suite bathroom. This also has dual wash basins, a walk-in shower and a further door which opens to an open-air bath and shower which affords total privacy.


Exiting the master suite to the left, is the pool Jacuzzi, and a large sala which has comfortable seating for up to eight people. Around this area is a section laid to lawn but there is also ample terrace space for sun-loungers both here and opposite, which give both shaded and sunny areas throughout the day.


At the foot of the pool and off-set is a guest pavilion, providing private accommodation comprising a generously-sized bedroom and seating area, together with an en-suite bathroom with full bath and walk-in shower.


The house is tastefully furnished and well-maintained, and benefits from an integrated sound system throughout providing a great feature when entertaining.


This is a delightful and private holiday retreat close to all amenities such as golf, bars, restaurants and shops, and is only a short drive to many beautiful beaches in the area.


A maid service is not included but can be arranged upon request at extra cost.
