The living room is bright and open, with a compact, fully-fitted kitchen in the right corner upon entry. This has light-wood units and terrazzo counters, with a breakfast bar and two stools separating the kitchen from the main body of the room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring electric hob with extractor hood above, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.


A circular glass-topped dining table and two high-gloss white chairs add a touch of style to one side of the living room, with an L-shaped sofa positioned to face a console fitted with a flat-screen TV with DVD player below taking up the remainder of the room.


The full-height sliding glass doors open to the wraparound balcony from which there are partial sea views across the tops of the canopy. This has a cafe-style patio set of cast-iron table and chairs so you can enjoy alfresco dining or a morning coffee.


The bedroom is off the living area and is very spacious and bright, thanks to two walls of sliding glass doors. A fitted king-size bed unit has bedside cabinets to either side and storage drawers below, plus there is a console at the foot of the bed with cabling for another TV if required. A dressing area is to one corner with full-height fitted wardrobes providing ample hanging and storage space. Adjacent to this is the door to the en-suite which can also be accessed directly from the living room.


The bathroom is also spacious and fitted with modern and tasteful sanitary ware comprising of a walk-in shower cubicle with two shower heads and a square basin fitted into a terrazzo unit with storage below and a full-width mirror above which gives added dimensions.
A tall fitted storage cupboard houses an automatic washing machine for added convenience.
