This is fully-fitted with modern cabinets and equipped with an integrated oven, two 2-ring hobs- one gas, one electric and both with a wide extractor hood above. There is also a dishwasher, a microwave, a tall fridge/freezer and a double sink.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient powder room.


The guest bedrooms are to the rear of the living room and are accessed via a short walkway. They are both comfortably furnished with double beds, fitted wadrobes and each has the benefit of ample windows to make them both bright and airy. The larger guest bedroom at the far rear has two sets of full-height sliding doors which lead to the pool terrace or a quiet and secluded area ideal for a quiet retreat. Each bedroom has a well-appointed en-suite bathroom consisiting of a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with storage below and a full-width mirror above.


The master suite is to the opposite side of the pool and has a contemporary sloping roof with additional windows at the apex making it even brighter. Sliding glass doors lead straight to the pool on one side, with the far wall of patio doors blending onto a decked area which is ideal for sun-bathing. The furniture is free-standing in the main and tasteful, including a large four-poster bed which is positioned between two opening French doors and with a large window behind. The courtyard style of the villa ensures total privacy at all times.
The good-sized en-suite is accessed via a walk-through dressing rom which is fitted with two sets of full-height wardrobes as well as a long vanity unit with twin wash basins and a huge mirror above. A French door leads from here to an outdoor shower, whilst another is to the full bath and cubicles for both walk-in shower and w/c. The Jacuzzi bath is positioned in a window and has the added benefit of a wall-mounted TV screen at the foot to help you totally relax.


Externally, the salt-water pool offers a central focus for relaxation and fun. There are areas laid to lawn at the foot and sides of the pool and the left side of the infinity-edge flows into a shallow basin which is ideal as a children's pool. The garden has lighting strategically placed throughout which makes this an enchanted haven at night and great for entertaining.


To the left of the main entrance is a large laundry room with a washer and drier. There is a door to the rear which opens to a drying area and the waste disposal hatch. There is also additional storage in the car port where two large cupboards can accommodate bicycles and other household items.


The villa is located within a private gated community with fencing all around the estate and with quality 24-hour guards as well as CCTV. The villa also has the advantage of a private alarm system throughout for added security. There are a couple of other villas under construction but these are on the other side of the development and do not impact on this property.


Located within easy access to local beaches and amenities, the villa is also just a 15 minute drive to the International schools the Island has to offer and 20 minutes to Phuket International Aiport.
