The high-gloss white cabinets are imported from Germany and the kitchen counter is 'Blue Pearl' granite.


All doors and windows are Burmese teak with a flat laquer finish, whilst the upstairs bedrooms, landing and living room floors are teak-oiled red hardwood from Northern Thailand. These add a rich warmth to the villa.


The living room has sliding glass doors to the fore which give onto a large covered terrace. Here there is a reclaimed oak dining table for six to enjoy alfresco dining with the sound of the sea as the backdrop. In addition there are three comfortable loungers and an Australian gas BBQ. The terrace has stunning views over Kamala Bay encompassing the long-tail boats, the beach, and the nearby Watt, (Buddhist Temple). At night the colourful lights from the beach restaurants shimmer across the bay.


A self-contained apartment can legally and easily be added below the large newly concreted terrace which sits below the main living area. There is an access door from the third bedrom down the side of the villa.


A large communal free-form swimming pool, a smaller pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a secluded beach serve the estate and there is a gourmet restaurant within the development, just a minute's walk from the villa.
