Listing a Rental Property

To list a property for rent with The Phillips Group is a simple, standard process that can be achieved very quickly.

Our service representatives will contact you and provide you with the documentation and agreements that we require for listing the property accurately. They will also make an appointment for a viewing.

Please note however, that we do not select all properties for listing. The criteria for each property must meet our own internal compliance and standards requirements.

As a rule the property must be suitable, in excellent condition and be supported by either trained staff and/or a clear indication of the services that can be provided to guests during their stay.
